Vikingaliv Djurgarden, Sweden

Site Overview

Take a 'Viking family' story ride through raids and celebrations

Vikingaliv is an exciting museum where you can experience the Viking Age.

You can ask questions like:

  • Who were the Vikings?
  • What myths do we still believe?

The museum offers both an interactive exhibition with guided tours every hour, and a story ride. The ride is 11-minutes long and lets you follow a family from Frösala farm on raids and through struggles and celebrations, learning about some of the more unknown groups of the Viking age.
