Dublinia is an exhibition and education centre located at the crossroads of the medieval city at Christchurch, where modern and old Dublin meet. Dublinia brings history to life in an exciting way for all to engage, learn and share. With four exciting exhibitions, you can visit Viking and Medieval Dublin, see Archaeology as a History Hunter and climb the medieval St Michael’s Tower.
Dublinia is an independent not for profit company that tells the story of Dublin and its people during the Viking and late Medieval period. We explore how Vikings lived from housing to hygiene, from kings to battles and include a display of artefacts excavated from the second largest Viking settlement in Europe Wood Quay.
